I found the principles and teachings of Mr Guest very simplistic yet, superbly effective. I feel I have become more focussed, more motivated, and more able to face the fears that once rendered me professionally paralysed. I am quite certain that I am a more rounded and more effective member of the team I work within, as a direct result of the simple application of what I have been taught.
